What is the Outer Space Treaty & why it was developed?
- The Outer Space Treaty, between the USA, USSR and UK officially comes into force after being signed on 27 January. As of July 2017, 107 countries are parties to the treaty, while another 23 have signed the treaty but have not completed ratification.
